Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and pack items securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trucks promptly and adhere to safety protocols during material handling.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to management.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic with a focus on safety.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
