Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select merchandise from shelves based on picking tickets and pack items securely for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts by tagging and organizing stock according to established protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) to move stock and materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Shipping Support: Assist with loading trucks and preparing shipping labels or documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
