Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and quality to ensure zero-defect shipping standards.
- Label, wrap, and stage packages for timely delivery to the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
