Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Sort, store, and retrieve inventory in designated bins and racks.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts) safely as required by the role.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
