Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect all items for quality control and ensure accurate packaging to prevent damage.
- Label and prepare shipments for local and national delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and deadlines.
- Operate basic warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, dollies) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on-site.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be 18 years or older.
