Responsibilities
- Execute Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and material handling devices as required by training and certification.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Workspace Organization: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and staging areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience in a warehouse setting will be considered.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality; must be available for immediate start.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and verifying merchandise to minimize errors.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortability with basic data entry and operating handheld scanners.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
