Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Scan barcodes and verify item details against digital orders to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification available).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve order discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
