Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to load and unload trucks.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with barcode scanners is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
