Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Update inventory records and assist with cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime.
