Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select products from warehouse storage bins based on customer orders.
- Package items securely using cardboard, bubble wrap, and packing tape.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipment onto delivery trucks.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading scanning labels.
- Willingness to work in various temperature environments (climate-controlled).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
