Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
