Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and condition against customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Label packages accurately for shipping and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or retail setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
