Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on pick tickets and orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order quantities and inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
- Operate handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software (RF scanners) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills for verifying orders.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
