Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packaging to ensure quality standards.
- Assemble, pack, and label boxes efficiently to prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and throughput targets.
- Sort and organize inventory stock to ensure easy accessibility for future orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
