Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring they meet packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Replenish stock in the warehouse aisles to ensure maximum inventory availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for order accuracy.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to travel to Illinois locations when necessary.
