Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of items, quantities, and packaging to minimize errors and returns.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Order Processing: Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
