Responsibilities
- Select and Pick: Accurately retrieve items from shelves based on digital pick lists and scanning barcodes.
- Pack and Prepare: Securely pack products into boxes, ensuring proper weight distribution and using appropriate packaging materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect orders for accuracy and completeness before shipping to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep work areas organized and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires on the job.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning items and reading labels.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count items and perform basic calculations quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
