Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from storage locations using handheld scanners.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent breakage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
