Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise with 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory efficiently.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment according to safety and routing guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned to support operational flow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for labels and order tickets.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
