Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns based on customer orders.
- Package, label, and stage items for shipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and pallet jacks as required for inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure order integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
