Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to process inventory.
- Inspect products for quality and package them securely using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required for this entry-level role.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended shifts.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
