Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select merchandise from the warehouse shelves and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they are free from damage and meet our high-quality standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment for everyone.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and conveyors as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome applicants with little to no experience; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading labels and scanning barcodes.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain machinery.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
