Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate inventory.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Wrap, label, and stage packages for the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but beneficial for some roles).
