Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from shelves and storage areas accurately based on customer orders.
- Package and label items securely for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspect products for defects and report any damaged goods immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training is available.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
