The Role
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Scan, pick, and pack merchandise according to order specifications using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and quality to ensure zero errors in fulfillment.
- Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently and orders are securely sealed for transit.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology (RF scanners) is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
