Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack orders.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Sort, bundle, and label merchandise according to shipping instructions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform light maintenance on packaging machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required.
