Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure accuracy of inventory counts using scanning equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Label packages correctly and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
