Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to optimize workflow and storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet for the majority of the shift.
