Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Safely pack, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipping using appropriate materials.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently and maintain a safe workspace.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, receive incoming shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery trucks with speed and precision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Attitude: Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license preferred but not required.
