Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Trucking: Load and unload trucks securely, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Verify shipment contents against packing slips to ensure zero errors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required (we train).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
