Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory and stock.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, counting, and inspecting incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Load and Unload: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Forklift Certification: Previous experience with forklifts is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy in inventory counts.
