Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Sort, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify product quantities against packing lists.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience required – we look for attitude and reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read a barcode scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
