Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock accuracy.
- Material Handling: Load and unload freight trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
