Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product integrity and correct labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers to meet daily production goals.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean and organized to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
