Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure high delivery standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and powered hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate stock records through scanning and reporting.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace for yourself and your team.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on packages to prevent errors and returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily productivity targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 49 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and standing for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
