Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels/packing slips.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a significant plus.
