Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the warehouse aisles, loading docks, and storage areas are clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and resolve daily operational challenges.
- Unload and organize incoming freight according to strict receiving schedules and protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and shipping documents accurately.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
