Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process merchandise with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing orders.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and orders accurately.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for all positions).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
