Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times by adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Background Check: No criminal history (background check waived for eligible candidates).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
