Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a drug screen (background check waived for qualified applicants).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
