Responsibilities
- Select and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and ensure stock levels are maintained according to company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the St. Louis facility.
- Documentation: Must present a valid government-issued ID and social security card upon hiring.
