Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ensure the fulfillment center maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Scan barcodes and track inventory using handheld scanners to ensure order fidelity.
- Collaborate closely with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
