Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and quotas.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
