Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging products for delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
