Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for distribution using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and track inventory accurately to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Package and label products securely for shipment via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and LTL.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels and track orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
