Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Perform detailed checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math and reading skills; ability to use handheld scanners.
- Schedule: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
