Responsibilities
- Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized and clean.
- Load/Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification (CDL not required) is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
