Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by checking stock and organizing warehouse spaces.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in accordance with safety protocols.
- Packing & Labeling: Properly pack, label, and prepare products for shipping or storage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but not required (training available).
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic data entry.
