Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems.</li><li>Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.</li><li>Perform daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.</li><li>Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software are preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.</li><li>Reliable transportation is required.</li><li>Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidate.</li></ul>
