Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided upon hiring).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and paperwork related to shipments and inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software or RF scanners.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to safety.
